Local Yarn Store Day – Have You Any Wool – Berkley, MI

We’re celebrating Local Yarn Store Day at Have You Any Wool, and I’d love to see you there. I’ll be in the shop with Momma Gwen for a cozy afternoon, including a TLYC trunk show, exclusive project kits, and personal shopping.
Come browse finished pieces, flip through books, and get hands-on help picking out your next project. Whether you’re treating yourself to something special or just popping in to say hi, it’s the perfect excuse to support your local yarn shop.
Fresh Coast Social and Fiber Festival – Traverse City, MI

We’re heading to Traverse City for the first-ever Fresh Coast Fiber Festival weekend, starting with a cozy night out at Mammoth Distillery. The Fresh Coast Social is your chance to unwind, connect, and kick things off with fellow yarn lovers. This event is SOLD OUT.
Then on Saturday, find me at the Howe Arena in the Civic Center Building for a book signing. Stick around for the festival all weekend! Pack your bag full of yarn, art, and skincare, tickle your taste buds with delicious food trucks, and get ready for adorable animal encounters.
Yarn Me Calm Workshops – Portarlington, VIC, Australia

While down under, we’re making a stop at Yarn Me Calm for two days of Tunisian crochet. Join me for in-store workshops where we’ll slow down, build skills, and enjoy the process.
We’ll wrap things up with an intimate evening of social stitching and a book signing at The Wharf Hotel in Docklands.
Crochet Guild Australia Convention – Wollongong, NSW, Australia

TL Yarn Crafts is heading down under—to Australia! Join Momma Gwen and me for three days of crochet, creativity, and community by the sea.
My classes are sold out, but there are still workshops available with other instructors. I’ll also be hosting a book signing on Sunday afternoon (time TBD).
Skein Sisters Workshops and Meet & Greet – Sydney, NSW, Australia
Tuesday & Wednesday, June 23–24, 2026
We’re continuing the Australia tour with a stop at Skein Sisters for two days of Tunisian crochet and community. Join me in the shop for hands-on workshops, from a beginner-friendly potholder to stitch exploration, plus full projects including the Mesa Hat and Lamia Wrap.
We’ll wrap things up with an evening meet-and-greet and book signing, with light bites.

Grumpy Ginger Workshops and Meet & Greet – Sydney, NSW, Australia

We’re wrapping up the Australia tour with two full days at Grumpy Ginger, filled with crochet, creativity, and connection. Join me for a mix of Tunisian and traditional crochet workshops, including stitch exploration, the Mesa Hat, and the Juniper Cowl.
We’ll also gather for an evening meet-and-greet and book signing with light bites.

Second Annual Hometown Retreat – Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada
September 30–October 4, 2026
We’re heading to Canada for the Grocery Girls’ Hometown Retreat — five days of fiber, creativity, and connection in a relaxed, retreat-style setting. Momma Gwen and I will join a team of other teachers for a mix of knit, crochet, and felting workshops, plus plenty of time to slow down and actually enjoy the process.
We’ll also have some fun extras planned, including private shopping at Statement Junkie and a field trip to a local sheep farm. Single and double occupancy options available.

I’ll be making a stop at one of my favorite local yarn shops. We’re planning two days of workshops, good company, and plenty of time to just make.

Ann Arbor Library – Ann Arbor, MI

Join me at the Ann Arbor District Library for a free evening of crochet and community. We’ll start with a beginner-friendly Ear Warmer workshop—perfect if you’re new to Tunisian crochet (with all supplies provided), then wrap up the event with a book signing.
Bring your copy of The Tunisian Crochet Handbook to have it signed, or pick one up on site.
