Gloria Tote

The Gloria Tote Bag is the kind of project that earns compliments before you’ve even finished telling people you made it yourself. Roomy enough for everyday use and worked in a bold interlocking block stitch, it’s a beginner-friendly make that doesn’t look like one. Choose one color, two, or three — the stitch pattern does the heavy lifting no matter what palette you land on.

The finished bag measures 11″ wide by 15″ tall and works best with worsted weight yarn. The sample uses Lion Brand Re-Make, a recycled polyester with a soft, plush feel, but this is a natural stash project. Use what you have and make it yours.
