Face Your Tunisian Crochet Fears
Have a regular crochet hook? Then you’re already equipped for Tunisian join as you go! While this technique might sound fancy, it actually builds on skills you already have. If you can work basic crochet stitches, you’re halfway there. The only real difference is that you’ll keep more loops on your hook – think of it as collecting little yarn hugs before setting them free.

What would I need to do to make the blocks bigger to make an adult size Afghan?
Hey there, Shanaree! You can make the blanket have larger blocks with a couple different modifications:
1) use a thicker yarn than what this tutorial called for
2) add stitches and rows until the squares match the size you desire
Toni actually has a pattern called the Pilson Blanket that is an adult size afghan that utilizes this technique that I think you may enjoy! Here is the link to that blogpost: https://tlycblog.com/the-pilson-blanket-a-modern-patchwork-crochet-baby-afghan/
Happy making! 🙂
